Mattat is here to bring your creativity and ideas to life.

  • Based on the information provided, we will give you a quote. The quote will include pricing for design work, printing, and any additional services.
  • If you need any adjustments to the design, you can request them before proceeding.

Submit your design preferences:
You can either:

  • Send your own artwork and design files (in formats such as PDF, JPG, TIFF, PNG), ensuring the file meets our bleed and resolution requirements (300 DPI, 2cm bleed).
  • Request our in-house design team to create a custom design based on your preferences.
  • Review Design Draft:
    Our design team will create a draft based on your specifications and send it to you for review.
  • Provide Feedback:
    You can request changes or approve the design once you're satisfied.

We accept the following payment methods: Cash, EcoCash, Swipe, and Bank transfer. For large projects, we require upfront payments to ensure commitment throughout the process. We offer invoicing options for business clients, with payment due within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

  • After payment confirmation, we begin production. Depending on the order size and complexity, this can take between 24 hours and a few days.
  • We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

Once the order is ready, you will be notified. You can either:

  • Pick up your order from our Chinotimba office.
  • If your order requires installation (for banners or signage), we offer local delivery and installation services.

 

  • Upon receiving your order, please review the final product to ensure it meets your expectations.
  • If there are any defects or issues caused by us, we offer a 100% craftsmanship guarantee and will provide replacements at no additional cost.
